An exciting 6 course interactive and educational seafood lunch with passionate owner Kev Collins hosting and cooking at the event.
These events have been run from time to time in `both the new and old Fish D’Vine and have always been a huge hit. Kevin sources the very best local seafood, waiting until just prior to the event to find the freshest produce and showcases both the raw product, its history as a local fishery and comes up with imaginative ways to cook and present, while, at the same time the kitchen team is doing multiple dishes of each course.
Accompanied by a famous Rum Bar Mojito on arrival; and a selected wine with one of the courses the lunch is designed as much to entertain and educate as it is to enjoy the spectacular locally caught seafood, guests are encouraged to interact, ask questions and come up and watch some aspects of the dishes being produced.
